The Montford Cottage is the epitome of a custom-built home located in the heart of the Montford Historic Neighborhood. With odd-shaped closets following the contours of adjacent features and very few right-angles, there is a lot that is unconventional about this home.

Owners, Mark and Barb have continued to challenge us with personal design requests, such as installing a full-sized locust tree trunk in their living room, to turning their steep backyard into a beautifully tiered landscape, which showcases custom, steel art and privacy panels.

This home demonstrates our ability to turn your creative ideas into built realities.
